The challenge: Organically retain users through emails and push notifications after they’ve signed up to the financial app.

My impact: Devised a strategy of communications that would on board new users and would keep them returning after sign-up. Created copy and worked with design for visuals. Built out a complex automated campaign targeted at specific user goals using the Blueshift CRM platform.

These campaigns regularly achieved 3%+ click-through rate against the industry average (2.7%) and contributed towards Multiply’s 20% 7-day retention OKR.
