The company: Rufus Leonard

The challenge: Client, Lloyd’s of London, needed a video to detail the state-of-the-art technology they’d begun using to make the claims process of their customers easier. It needed to communicate complex processes through narration and employee dialogue.

My impact: Scripted a client-approved video after sessions with relevant stakeholders to better understand the business and the impact of the new technology.
