The company: BBC (Open Call 2024)

The challenge: Write and submit a script to compete in the BBC’s annual screenwriting competition.

My impact: The TV pilot episode I wrote was placed in the top 3% of the 4,643 scripts the BBC received.

The show, Pants on Fire, chronicles the chaotic week of a government comms worker as a sudden affliction means all politicians can’t stop telling the truth. Think ‘Liar Liar’ meets ‘The Thick of It’.
